[Neo3-GUI 1.5.0] for Neo N3

Announcements

This is the release for Neo N3 mainnet. Compatbile with Neo N3: Neo CLI v3.4.0.

We will keep adding or updating features corresponding to neo3 development as well as improving the user experience for Neo3-GUI.
