For the 0.4.18 release we had to ignore some settings from upstream, namely:
osx-arm64installersnapari-menu-config.json(pending Fix taskbar icon grouping in Windows bundle (addapp_user_model_idto bundle shortcut) napari#6056)I am reverting these changes now, and also updating the installers to have:
napari-plugin-manageras a dependency in the bundle
