The TOSCA4IoTApp was created within the project TOSCA4IoT. The app is used to scan the QR-Code of the device, which has to be provisioned. The app then sends a HTTP requests with the proberties of the device to the TOSCA4IoT engine to provision the IoT device. Details about the app can be found in the wiki.
