Description

Merges changes from Version 3 project.

Overview of Changes

  • Switch from Webpack to Vite
  • Switch to Jest to Vitest
  • Switch to listr2 for CLI tasks
  • Update lint and prettier configuration
  • Switch from Goober to CSS modules
  • Remove unnecessary aria- attributes
  • Switch from redux and associated dependencies to @reduxjs/toolkit
  • Miscellaneous file moves and renames
