What's the reason for removing this? Is TUIR not active anymore?

Hi, I reverted this (perhaps too hastily) after seeing some comments online that made me worry that I was giving off the wrong impression that TUIR was the officially endorsed or "blessed" fork for RTV.

I don't have any specific qualms with TUIR, the maintainer graciously respected my request and renamed the project. But I haven't seen enough active development or new features to really recommend using it at this point. I do want people to be aware that forks exist though, I think I just need to reword it a bit.
