This adds a build recipe for building a snap package with snapcraft.
To build you need snapcraft installed. Then inside the projects root folder just run
Once this is merged we could setup development builds on https://snapcraft.io/ under the metabrainz-apps account (which also holds Picard). In a first step only on the edge channel and no stable release.
