6. New: Store tag search and collapse settings; they interact badly with each other and sort order on change.

Fixes

1. In-style css for links in #sectionBlurb.
2. Stop menu wrap and fix other zoom issues on iPhone.
3. List one settings button broken, at least after list switching, in v1.1. Integrate more buttons into the fix.
