It happens frequently enough that some sort of internal verification or debugging seems in order.

The current spate is due to exceeding the raw data limit. While the list is partly corrupted atm, it's more likely that the overfilling is with old data that somehow didn't get deleted with the items.

Hopefully fixed in v2.3.2.
