Also updates the dev-dependencies to ensure that the Vite dev server starts correctly. lit - bump vite from 4.3.9 to 4.4.2 - bump lit from 2.7.5 to 2.7.6 vite - bump vite from 4.3.9 to 4.4.2

I've updated Vite because I've noticed a resurgence of the problem fixed by maxGraph/maxGraph#218 when running locally the Vite dev server.
In the
maxGraphrepository,ts-exampleworks with Vite 4.3.9.So the problem here may come from a vite cache issue: I locally removed it but I still saw the problem. Bumping Vite remove the error logs.
