9.1.3 + Fix for pasting values into array fields.

This is a binary release of 9.1.3 with the fix for rapi-doc#552 included.

My testing has indicated this has no ill effects, and modifications are quite minor compared to the official 9.1.3, but use at your own risk.

Bug Fixes

• Reverted 4fa451d to resolve the issues mentioned in resolved rapi-doc#423. This also removes support for pasting comma-delimited text into input boxes for array-type parameters.
