RFFE uc firmware release 3.0.0

The RFFE 3.0.0 release is the first stable release after the coding refactoring and migration from mbed-os to nuttx.
This release includes the following improvements since the last release candidate:

• Move reprogramming logic to RFFEFWUpdate class;
• Automatically reset after system crashes;
• Fix some build warnings from nuttx;
• Fix gdb scripts to be able to work with newer gdb releases.

RFFE uc firmware release 3.0.0-rc6

The RFFE 3.0.0-rc6 release includes:

• Fixes in the rffe_nutx_lib.py (bootloader self programming);
• New bootloader that doesn't depend on MBED;
• All legacy code removed;
• Fixes in the I2C LPC17 driver, solving previous instability issues.

The RFFE 3.0.0-rc5 release includes:

• Show network status via the RGB led;
• Simplify heater control;
• Set the watchdog flag before reset to avoid entering the ROM bootloader;
• Enable task names to aid debugging an profiling;
• Reduce memory consumption by tuning buffer sizes;
• Include an out-of-tree copy of kconfig-frontends and instructions to ease installation of new environments;
• Minor fixes.
