Proposing to release libp2p v0.43.0 soonish. Anything not in master today that you would like to see included?

There's a few more small changes (metrics) to add to gossipsub, so happy to wait for next release cycle. :)

Following up on #2497 (comment), anything missing for gossipsub @AgeManning?
