This pull request updates our naming contract to
Cairo 2.6.3. To do so it updates the dependencies and some of the syntax. I also had to update the altcoin signatures because this new version of scarb changed the deployed addresses values (instead of being 0,1,2, etc, they are now deterministic values).closes #30
