Installation

• Download the add-on as a ZIP file from https://github.com/lepetitcreole/samsung.remote.control from the top of this page
• Open XBMC
• Go to System -> Settings -> Add-ons -> Install from zip file and select the ZIP file previously downloaded
• Restart XBMC and configure the add-on:
• System -> Settings -> Add-ons -> Enabled add-ons -> Services -> Samsung TV remote control
• in NETWORK tab, click on Start automatic discovery (if your Samsung TV is found, his IP address will be automatically set, otherwise set manually his IP address, remote IP address and remote MAC address using XX-XX-XX-XX-XX-XX format)
• in SETTINGS tab, chose your options and enjoy!

Troubleshooting

• Wrong HDMI input is set :
  • addon can't select a specific HDMI input
    • make sure only one HDMI input is active (otherwise, the first active HDMI input will be selected by default)
• Error "Not connected" :
  • addon can't connect to Samsung TV
    • check if TV IP address is right and retry
