Get matching plugin at: https://github.com/leapmotion/LeapUnreal/releases/tag/v3.5.0 and drop Plugins folder into your LeapUnrealModules folder.

Ensure you click on the .7z file which is the actual release, as this repository uses git lfs, the source folder will be full of empty files with hashes.
