in this commit there is a TODO with the intention to remove registering as html2js

It'd be really nice to make that a TODONE :) as it conflicts with html2js

sometimes I want to use both.

right now I'm forced to use: https://github.com/kenglxn/karma-json2js-preprocessor
mentioned as a workaround.
