Junseo Yang is an aspiring Software Developer set to complete his Ontario College Advanced Diploma in Computer Programming and Analysis from Conestoga College in May 2024. He has complemented his academic journey with 16 months of valuable internship experience at Bell Canada. From May 2022 to August 2023, Junseo worked as a Software Developer at Bell Canada, specializing in software development for wireless device certifications. He quickly learned the ropes and made significant contributions to the team. Junseo is always looking for ways to improve the team's workflow and resolve the team's pain points, as demonstrated by his development of a JIRA integration feature and certification test automation through device profiling, which saved the team a significant amount of manual labour and time. Junseo also took the initiative to undertake these tasks. He came up with the idea and implemented the processes to improve the team's agility without being asked to do so by anyone on the team. He went above and beyond to identify problems and develop solutions. Junseo's initiative, problem-solving skills, and commitment to excellence make him an exceptional candidate for any team seeking technical expertise and attention to detail. Given his technical acuity, innovative drive, and collaborative mindset, Junseo is a perfect fit for a Software Developer position.
