Skeleton of changes for implementing Semantic Tokens. It has the method calls and the data types, and some simple demonstrations of semantic tokens that I've gotten to function in vscode
Pretty messy at this point, I'm hoping to get some free time in the near future to continue to the meat of the work, but I thought I'd submit this draft in the meantime in case somebody has better expertise on getting semantics out of parsed tokens.
