Fixes oustanding javascript security advisories except simplemde

This is simply a maintenance release; there is no change to core Smeagol functionality. However, security vulnerabilities had been found in the vega and mermaid javascript libraries used by some plugins, and these have been updated to the latest versions.

There is also a potential - 'moderate severity' - vulnerability in simplemde; however, there is no currently available upstream fix for this.

Gallery extension working

Extensions aren't yet properly plugins, but we're getting there. In the mean time, a new gallery extension has been added, and resources supporting extensions are only loaded for those pages in which the extensions are actually present.

And we're golden

This is now a robust, simple lightweight Wiki engine which is extremely simple to deploy. I commend it to you!

Release Candidate 3

This release is fully deployable either standalone as an executable jar file or in a servlet container as a war file. It is believed to be feature complete and reliable, but bug reports (and pull requests if you have a fix!) are welcomed.

New feature requests are also welcomed but will not now make it into version 1.0.0.
