Current fakelib can only produce songs with artist/album/title and track number
metadata generated according to a predetermined pattern in a pre-determined
structure. This PR adds the ability to use custom tagging and path generation
callbacks, so that arbitrary tags and structures can be generated.
This was added to support testing joshkunz/ashuffle#89
