@zrosenbauer - I'd love for you to review & specifically help with the following:

  1. Examples: examples are super important and help developers understand what you want them to do. Do you have better examples that you could provide for the steps?
  2. Do you feel this template would be helpful as a user?
  3. Ownership: I considered adding an "ownership" section where you could outline who owns the service, SLAs, and more, but I stopped myself since we said that runbooks should be created per alert vs. service. I'm curious if this changes your mind at all or if you still feel we should approach this on a per alert basis and not add "ownership sections" like I'm suggesting.
