Updated to include new config parameter for Network Broadcast IP address

Previously, Network Broadcast Address was hard coded, it is now a config item of the Thing.

Updated Release with extra trace info

Added trace info to check the response from Scanner Airconditioners.

Tested and working well with my Gree air conditioner on an OpenHab2 server.
