Build 실패가 발생한 원인은 package.json swc가 설치가 되어 있지 않아 에러가 발생한 원인입니다. server 외부 파일에 package.json에 swc/jest가 설치가 되어 있고 server 폴도 안에 swc/jest가 설치가 되어 있지 않았습니다. 재설치하고 문제를 해결했습니다
