Auto Image Uploads on Publishing

• Inline images in your .md file will now be automatically uploaded to Nostr Build.
  • Inline markdown images links are auto replaced with the URL - formatting correctly for readers on nostr.
  • Inline metadata tags are added ("imeta").
• Article banner image is now selected from your local machine files and is uploaded automatically too.
• Premium image service users can activate "Premium mode" to avail of it's features (NIP-98).
