About

Backend service of the Platform UM bus travel app project. The service in question was created with Java, specifically with the Spring Boot framework in order to get a complete and functional REST API to be able to make a wide variety of requests.

Tools used in the development of the project:

Installation and Use

• Download Java JDK 17.0.6 or higher at Oracle/Java-Download
• Download MySQL at MySQL/Download
• Clone the repository
• Configure the environment variables
• Build packages of the workspace in the Execution and debugging section of Visual Studio Code or your respective IDE
• Start the Spring Boot server with Debugging Mode
• Using an API request orchestration platform like Postman or Insomnia, check the different API requests by using the API Url plus its respective endpoint
