No longer asking same question 'are you sure you want to overwrite' twice

Removed 'Are you sure you want to overwrite' from FileSaveDialog

Because SHFileOp will ask it anyway and it provides better tools to the
user to make the call.

Now with ability to open target folder in new shell window

Some cleaning up refactoring is due, but it works quite nicely.

Now with ability to give singular files a different name!
