Update Products listing to include Hot Page, rename Netlify CMS to Decap

This updates the documentation's "Products" page to include a project I created called Hot Page. I also noticed that Netlify CMS was linked, but they've since launched this as a separate product called Decap CMS.

My colleagues and I really appreciate all the work that goes into Slate. This is a totally amazing library and very inspiring to us. You guys rock! Thank you so much
