This PR updates the epic_builders to ingest the base-image pyramid from the same directory as the other datasets for the segmentation masks.
Although the parameter
epic_uuidis not needed for this builder, but it's kept in case we have more complex segmentation builders in the future to distinguish the cases from regular builders.
