Release 3 to CRAN

Fixes an issue with the help for the package name itself. Also fixed a number of small textual errors, clarified the use of some of the more complex functions, and added instructions for use of the 'chapter#()' functions containing the source code given in chapters 2 to 7.

The development version of MQMF in which I will attempt to improve the documentation and amend functions where required.

Complements the book "Using R for Modelling and Quantitative Methods in Fisheries" ISBN: 9780367469894, being published in June 2020 by Chapman & Hall in their "Using R series". There are numerous functions and data-sets that are used in the book's many practical examples.
