FullPageOS 0.9.0

Sixth release of FullPageOS

New Features:

• Support for RaspberryPi 3B

Build changes:

• FullPageOS now uses CustomPiOS 1.0.0 to build the images
• fullpageos-network.txt has been removed, please use now: fullpageos-wpa-supplicant.txt
• Added /home/pi/scripts/safe_refresh attempts a refresh, but only if the requested page returns successfully
