Collection now uses PySerial (no dependency upon mellow-elephant-c. Each (frequency) band now persists as python pickle and can be uploaded (no wait for sortie). Uploads to AWS S3.
Collection only, no upload/analysis
Restored for new host. This version only performs collection, there is no support for upload or analysis.
Pre FB Version
This version works, but the host died and I don't use Google AppEngine any longer.
