The new naming scheme `test-...` groups the modules in the file system and the IDE and therefore hopefully makes it easier to quickly see which modules are integration tests.

Renames all Maven integration test modules to have the name

test-...groups the modules in the file system and the IDE and therefore hopefully makes it easier to quickly see which modules are integration tests.
