Music Keyboard activity for Sugar desktop

Displays a piano keyboard on the screen for playing music using different instruments. Notes can be played with touch screen or typing keyboard.

Branches

use r8 branch for Fedora 18 based systems, with Csound 5,
use r11 branch for systems with Csound 6 without Ctcsound API, such as Debian 10 (buster), Ubuntu 16.04 (xenial), and Ubuntu 18.04 (bionic),
use master branch for systems with Csound 6 and Ctcsound API, such as Fedora, Debian 11 (bullseye) and Ubuntu 20.04 (focal),
