1.5AddOrderToJdocInclude_html.php.patch

	Adds backwards-compatible 'order' attribute to <jdoc:include> so one can
	specify the order that template includes get parsed in.

	Eg. if one has customized versions "headnojs" and "footjs" of
	JDocumentRendererHead, can write in template head
		<jdoc:include "headnojs" order="1000">
	and in template body (near the bottom)
		<jdoc:include "footjs" order="1001">
	so that javascript (added using addScript etc) appears at the bottom.

	The patch is structured after the 1.6 beta version of _parseTemplate.
