This PR fixes build errors caused by the changes in UE 5.5 API for automation tests.
It also addresses the issue with Android debug symbol upload. For UE 5.5+ overriding Gradle version manually is no longer required as the default one is sufficient to support the latest Sentry gradle plugin (see #633 for more details)
