build(deps): bump yaml, semantic-release and cssnano (#92)

Removes [yaml](https://github.com/eemeli/yaml). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [yaml](https://github.com/eemeli/yaml), [semantic-release](https://github.com/semantic-release/semantic-release) and [cssnano](https://github.com/cssnano/cssnano). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `yaml`
