py3stringReplace v0.2

To Install:

1. Download py3stringReplace.zip for your OS/architecture.
2. Extract and place py3stringReplace.exe in your environmental path
3. To find places to put it: >echo %path%
4. (optional) rename it to something more memorable
5. create a text file of "match pair" values. See Release Notes and the included replacementLists\unlocalize.txt for additional information.
6. Refer to the Example Usage Guide for usage.
