2024 model

This version adds the following features:

• support for remembering line out with battery removal from winches (winch PCB version 0.1)
• support resetting of winch line out counter via message from Android app
• no longer supports non-PCB versions of controller
• only support controller PCB v1.2 and greater (battery fuel gauge, LED, mode switch)
