This pools several parts of what used to be in starganv2 repository
This allows for both grayscale and color images. Still a WIP
Temporary fix, needs to detect device
Includes knowing the source of the style
Adds dependencies and rudimentary installation instructions
Makes it easier to use, and fixes some bugs. Tested in experiments.
Added to base previously, here I just make it default for all.
A prescriptive, not descriptive tutorial. Refactor needs to be done for the codebase to match this.
Refactoring for tutorial
This gets us closer to expected conversion rate during inference
Necessary for running on horse-to-zebras dataset

This refactor adds the ability to train the StarGAN, adds tutorials to the documentation, and several types of experiment logging.
