Upgrade js libraries and Go Modules compatibility

We've upgraded the next js libraries:

• es6Promise from 4.2.5 to 4.2.6
• fetch from 2.0.1 to 2.0.4
• react from 15.6.2 to 16.8.4
• graphiQL from 0.12.0 to 0.13.0

And we added Go modules compatibility
