If you have trouble running it, try disabling Mac's GateKeeper. Run this in Terminal:

sudo spctl --master-disable

Better still, to allow only this app to by-pass the MacStore signature checks, run this in Terminal instead:

sudo xattr -rd com.apple.quarantine <path-to-Dockerinfo.app>
