Tutorial

Drop all the files inside C:\openssl\

Open Explorer.

Right-click on This PC->Properties

Now click on "Addvanced System Settingss"

Then click on "Environment Variables"

Now double click on Path, or select Path and click on Edit...

After that click on New and add the same openssl folders that are in the next image
