External link support for files in local filesystem

You can now enjoy the same benefits when linking to your local filesystem (outside of the vault, see https://help.obsidian.md/User+interface/Drag+and+drop#Dragging+from+outside+Obsidian).

The external links are slightly hue shifted and feature an unique icon to differentiate them from internal links.

On a sidenote .torrent files are now supported.

Hotfix for bug reported by @data_in_void (Discord). Thank you @_davincy (Discord) for suggesting the fix.
Only downside is it bloats the css to almost double the size (23kb), because of the redundant svg code. Feel free to suggest a lighter approach to the issue.
