Création d'une tâche qui télécharge la BD TOPO, identifie les bâtiments légers liés à des rnb id, vérifie que les bâtiments RNB correspondant correspondent géométriquement, puis les supprime.
Je créé la table
data_fix
qui nous permet de modifier le contenu de la base RNB via un algo de traitement interne et d'expliquer le but de l'opération (usage interne et externe prévu). J'ai finalement opté pour une table à part de la table des contributions, c'est bien je pense de séparer des concepts différents (contribution=proposition de modification et data_fix=opérations interne de traitement de la donnée, qui pourra donner lieu a des propositions de modification par la suite).Je me suis bien amusé (comprendre, j'ai galéré) à écrire le test en créant un mini test case sur QGIS, mais ça ira plus vite la prochaine fois !
