I had some trouble getting $webflow->domains and $webflow->publish to work, so I have updated the readme with full instructions. I would like to rearrange the order but wasnt sure if that was ok.

actually #6 looks liek a better fix for the domains issue, perhaps I'll update with that.

Well this is quite useful until someone I (or someone else) gets around to changing the other code. So either merge or close. Thank you.
