It's going to be used for the wrc20 CI that I am working on here: ewasm/wrc20-examples#7 . Needs to be cleaned up and size-minimized. |

Found this: https://hub.docker.com/r/ethereum/testeth which seems more frequently updated.. Will base this image off of it. |
