Repository for the ETHZ Systems Biology course (FS2024)
The practical sessions will be conducted using Colab notebooks. In case required, intermediate results can be directly downloaded from this repository to the Colab notebook. Colab allows you to easily run Jupyter notebooks directly through your browser without requiring any setup. To use Colab, you can log in with your Google account. If you don't already have a Google account, please create one using this link.

We are updating the notebooks and will add them to the repository on an ongoing basis. The notebooks from 2023 are still available in the repository history.
