feat(state_machine): update example

Description

• Updated state machine example to use latest generated API including functions for sleeping until there are events
• Updated state machine example to always run hfsm in separate thread and to have example / documentation for tick function
• Updated generated code in example

Motivation and Context

Shows use of new generated code after:

• Improved Software Generator and updated HFSM runtime API finger563/webgme-hfsm#150
• fix(runtime): added missing condition_variable include finger563/webgme-hfsm#151
• feat(testbench): run hfsm in its own thread finger563/webgme-hfsm#152

How has this been tested?

Building and running the example on an ESP32.
