ZairaChem v1 features the following improvements:

• Ersilia Compound Embeddings as molecular descriptor
• TabPFN autoML
• Balancing of actives/inactives

We have fixed some minor bugs and added the --anonymize option so that training data can be hidden for sensitive datasets
v0 is the one reported in the BioRxiv preprint

First release

This is the first release of ZairaChem, an automated pipeline for AI modelling of chemistry datasets.
The software is still in development.
