The epispot organization

We work to create epidemiological models for the analysis of infectious diseases. Some of our projects include:

  • epispot
    • Python package implementing compartmental models for the analysis of infectious diseases.
  • EpiJS
    • Javascript frontend for running epispot models and simulations.
